PLACE MAKING DESIGN

- Analysis and redesign of the 200 year old Zambazaar Market in Chennai.- 
- The design project was intended to study the locality, compare with similar concepts from around the world and provide redesign solutions to the site under study. The redesign aimed at restoring the streetscape of the locality to the Agraharam Style Dravidian Architecture, work on the principles of the city and refurbish the look of the thriving market.

SUSTAINABLE COMMUNITIES

The project was to devise a Neighbourhood plan for the market town - Todmorden. It had to include various aspects as Transport, Built Environment, Housing, Open Spaces, Flooding and Local Economy.

Analysing the city of Amsterdam and providing a third frontier to bring together the residents of the city - bridging the ‘gap’ between the busy South and the subtle North.

HOLIDAY RETREAT

The holiday retreat located on the East Coast Road, Injambakkam, Chennai is a live project for Mrs. Vidya Venugopal- an Art Enthusiast.

RESIDENCE

- The Residential Project located on Cathedral Road, Chennai is a live project for Mr. Aravind, a Businessman. 
- The design of the residence is more organic, deriving it's form from a pile of randomly stacked bricks. 
- The interior reflects on the exterior with SCEB - Stabilised Compressed Earthern Blocks and raw dyed concrete for flooring, Brick clad walls, Antique furniture and un-plastered true ceiling.

THE ART

The Art- is Chennai's most expensive and luxurious homes located on Kothari Road. The building design is inspired by Pablo Picasso's Cubist Painting, it is a creation that is perpetually endless in aura and style, celebrating the finest moments and features tucked away amidst green foliage and decked up with the most exquisite design ideologies.

NEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN

Lincoln Park Newark has a historic character to it from the park to the buildings and its residents. The design involves studying the neighbourhood and proposing priority projects for the neighbourhood presented to the City of Newark and Mayor Ras Baraka.
